MagicHands is an app that allows customers to quickly book household services such as house cleaning, grocery shopping, cooking, laundry, air conditioning cleaning, and more directly on the app. Customers only take 60 seconds to schedule a service on the app. Home service collaborators or partners will proactively accept tasks, contact, and confirm with customers directly through the application.
2. How long does it take for someone to accept a job after successful registration?
When a job is posted on the system, MagicHands collaborators will proactively accept the job within 5-10 minutes. For weekends, holidays, or peak hours, customers are advised to post jobs 1-2 days in advance to ensure that someone is available to accept the work.
3. Why should you rate each task performed by the Tasker?
Rating a task is your way of providing feedback about the hourly cleaning service, allowing us to improve and develop services that better meet market demands. Please rate the task within 24 hours to ensure your ‘Warranty’ rights in case the quality of the task does not meet your satisfaction. Our customer care team is enthusiastic, highly skilled, and ready to assist you 24/7.
4. Are MagicHands workers reputable and reliable?
All collaborators working on the MagicHands system have complete personal records and documents, especially a certificate of good conduct verified by the local authority. They also have at least one year of cleaning experience. They are interviewed and assessed by MagicHands for their knowledge and skills, and receive additional training in professional standards before officially becoming MagicHands collaborators. 5. Can I schedule a house cleaning for 06:00?
MagicHands offers house cleaning services from 06:00 to 23:00 every day.
6. Will the cleaners come to do house cleaning on holidays and special occasions?
MagicHands operates continuously during all holidays and special occasions, so customers can relax and enjoy their time off. However, to ensure that someone is available to accept jobs during these peak times, MagicHands encourages customers to post jobs 1-2 days in advance.
7. How can I identify the cleaners from MagicHands?
MagicHands takes pictures of the workers when they register to use the app. The image of the cleaner will be displayed on the app. The MagicHands app will show the picture of the collaborator who has accepted the job you posted. You can scan the QR code of the collaborator to verify and identify the collaborator arriving to work using the QR code scanning feature on the MagicHands app.
8. How will issues such as damage or loss of property be handled during the work process?
We work with a high sense of responsibility, dedication, and respect. However, we understand that accidents or mistakes can sometimes happen. If any issues occur, such as breakage, damage, or loss of property, please file a complaint and let us know what happened so we can provide a reasonable solution.
You can file a complaint in two ways:
Method 1: Directly complain to the service partner Customers can directly raise complaints about the service with the cleaning partner. In this case, the cleaning partner is responsible for resolving the complaint and responding to the customer as per their commitment.
