2. What hours can I use the hourly housekeeping service?
MagicHands provides cleaning services from 06:00 AM to 11:00 PM daily.
3. Do cleaners come to clean the house on holidays and New Year's?
MagicHands operates continuously throughout all holidays and New Year’s, so customers can relax and enjoy their vacation. However, to ensure there are always cleaners available during these peak times, MagicHands encourages customers to schedule their jobs 1-2 days in advance.
4. How can I identify the tasker?
MagicHands takes photos of the cleaners when they register to use the app. The photos of the cleaners will be displayed on the app. The MagicHands app will show the image of the cleaning partner who has accepted your job. You can scan the QR code of the cleaning partner to verify and identify them using the QR code scanning feature on the MagicHands app.
5. How will incidents such as damage or loss of property be handled during the work process?
